This exclusive art viewing event offers a unique chance to delve into creative expressions inspired by the paradise theme, all within an inspiring setting that encourages connection and collaboration among artists and creatives in the Javea region.

MARIA LA VERDA


Talented Maria la Verda is a Dutch artist with a background in fashion and design, known for her vibrant, expressive gorgeous paintings inspired by her travels. Her colorful, atmospheric work captures the essence of the Mediterranean and translates lived experiences into bold visual stories.













NICOLE GHEZALI


Nicole Ghezali of Made & Found Studios works with earth pigments and stitch on stretched linen canvas, grounding her practice in a deep connection to landscape, material, and the natural world. Inspired by the shifting terrains of Northern California and the Costa Blanca, her work reflects a dialogue between place and perspective—where coastlines, mineral-rich soils, and weathered surfaces inform both palette and texture. Combining natural pigments with hand-applied stitch, her process is both painterly and tactile, with thread introducing structure, rhythm, and a subtle mapping of form.





HELEEN VERHELST


Heleen Verhelst creates expressive, line-driven works that sit between drawing and painting. With a background as a fashion design teacher in styling and fashion illustration, her work reflects a deep understanding of the female form in movement and pose. She is drawn to flowing, elegant lines—often visible in details like tattoos and garments—bringing a sense of rhythm and lightness to her compositions. By incorporating reflective foils, she plays with light, allowing her work to shift and transform between daylight and artificial light.







KRISZTI MIHALECZ


Kriszti’s artwork highlights the interplay of color, intuitive painting, nature, and movement. Kriszti Mihalecz, a contemporary artist from Budapest, started painting at 14.

Her creations are driven by a sensitive nature and an instinctive desire to express her perceptions as emotions. Having lived in Hungary, New Zealand, and England, she currently finds inspiration in her environment in Jávea, Spain. Working intuitively, she is captivated by colors, shapes, and shadows, frequently experimenting with mixed media. Years of illness have deepened her bond with nature and intensified her creative drive.





MARIE LOUISE TERWINDT


Marie Louise Terwindt is a Dutch artist known for her colorful abstract and mixed media works. With a background in fashion as a stylist and editor, she brings a strong sense of composition, texture, and aesthetics into her paintings. Inspired by travel, culture, and emotion, she creates layered, expressive pieces that invite the viewer to discover new details and perspectives over time.







JOSE VAN SCHUPPEN


Josée van Schuppen is a Dutch mixed media artist known for her intuitive, expressive way of working. Her art is all about color, texture, and movement—often created with hands, palette knives, and natural materials like sand and shells. Inspired by the elements and her deep connection to nature, she creates what she calls “landscapes of the soul,” translating emotion and inner experience into layered, organic compositions.





PASCALE TICHELAAR


Pascale Tichelaar-Rakers is an artist and creative coach known for her floral and organic motifs celebrating nature. After overcoming health challenges that left her in a wheelchair, she discovered the healing power of creative expression, leading to her recovery and a successful business. Since 2003, Pascale has conducted workshops focused on transformative drawing and painting. Her Creative Coaching program helps women achieve personal growth through creativity, emphasizing self-discovery, healing, and talent nurturing in a supportive setting. Pascale values depth in her art, using drawing for self-insight. She aims to inspire students and plans to offer retreats and workshops in Javea starting soon in 2026, highlighting her artistic journey.



JOHN GLYNN


John Glynn strives to capture the essence of Spanish coastal and village life through his art, using crisp lines, open space, and gentle touches of color. His work evokes calm, peace, and belonging—each drawing a quiet pause in time, a memory of warmth and simplicity.







BEA BOZON


Bea Bozon is a Dutch painter and mixed media artist whose work moves between abstraction and figuration. She creates layered compositions with color, lines, and silhouettes, often inspired by landscapes and human presence within them. Her paintings invite the viewer to reflect, wander, and discover new perspectives through light, space, and atmosphere.



SYLVANA BUSKOP


Sylvana Buskop, working under the name busKOP, is a self-taught artist creating bold, feminine paintings that balance strength and softness. Inspired by fashion, powerful women, and contrasts between modern and classic, her work explores themes of confidence, vulnerability, and presence. Rich colors, golden accents, and striking details define her style, often influenced by uniforms, historical elements, and couture aesthetics—translated into a contemporary visual language.





LISA ROSENTHAL


Lisa Rosenthal is a self-taught artist born under the Hollywoodland sign in California. Painting since childhood, she is deeply guided by color, imagination, and intuition. Her love of nature flows through her work, where she creates freely and expressively. In addition to painting, she designs unique jewelry—necklaces and earrings made with precious beads and feathers. She is passionate about both creating and teaching, sharing her artistic knowledge with others.





EVA ANNA - EAH!


Eva Anna's professional experience spans fashion accessories, interior, and concept design, where she has worked as a designer and stylist. Growing up in a family with artistic tendencies, she developed her creativity early on through painting and drawing. As a versatile mixed media artist, her creations encompass art paintings, design objects, and fashion accessories that function as wearable art. Following a 3.5-month trip to the Caribbean, she found deep inspiration in the area's enchanting light, colorful houses, and lively people, which she incorporates into a series of vibrant abstract paintings.

Ineke Snow


Ineke is emerging as a promising new artist in the area. She frequently exhibits her artworks at local events, driven by a passion for vibrant Caribbean colors, nature, femininity, and animals. Having spent several years in Curaçao and Sint Maarten and traveled extensively, she likely draws inspiration for her bold use of color and the profound themes she conveys in her art from these experiences.



Natalie Teunissen


Natalie, drawing on her background as a holistic coach and doula, often conducts 'breathwork sessions' and is a regular guest at holistic healing festivals, events, and private gatherings. She has developed a strong passion for art and painting, focusing on storytelling in her creations. By integrating natural elements such as shells into her artwork, she expresses emotions through her pieces. A local restaurant has shown interest in showcasing her art. Her energy is always vibrant, making her a connector who can enhance the ambiance of any room or event with her high-frequency, grounded, and joyful presence.

JOEL BETANCOURT


While visiting the creative art market in Javea, I came across Joel Betancourt, a local artist known for his exquisite landscape paintings. His artwork highlights the beauty of nature, light, and color, taking inspiration from the landscapes of Jávea, Denia, and Moraira to convey the harmony, beauty, and transformation found in nature.


Through watercolor and acrylic, Joel captures the emotional essence of the Mediterranean environment—its coasts, the Montgó, and its ever-changing light. His work invites viewers into a sensory experience of joy, peace, and admiration, where each brushstroke carries a trace of this natural magic.
